Project Description

Located in Boulder, this three level attached parking structure had many repair demands for their post-tension (PT) reinforcement system. We first repaired delaminated concrete and located two broken PT tendons, which we replaced and re-tensioned. Also localized carbon fiber strengthening was mandated for the slab, both top and bottom sides. Finally we installed 20,000 square feet of vehicular urethane traffic coating. The design engineer is Kevin Dunham of Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers. Repair cost: $145,000
